The NAFGS 2026 Conference will be held as a fully in-person event.

Registration & Payment

  • All registration fees are listed in US Dollars (USD).

  • Processing fees are included in the listed rates.

  • Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, PayPal, and Google Pay.

  • Registration rates are available for NAFGS members and non-members.

  • Payment deadline: April 30th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (EST)

Registration Timeline

  • Registration opens: January 26, 2026

  • Participants will be able to register for the conference and reserve spots in workshops and field trips.

  • You may join or renew your NAFGS membership in advance to access workshop registration.

  • Registrations are non-refundable after April 30th, 2026.
